D3 offers in house screen printing on most apparel items offered on our website. Our turnaround time is two weeks or less. Rush orders are welcome. D3 has the capacity to print thousands of apparel items a day. We also offer special effect printing such as 3D, 4 color process, simulated process, foil, and glitter.

Term: Screen printing requires a frame with mesh stretched around it. The old term was Silk Screen because the material they used to stretch on frame was made of silk. These days we use man made mesh polymer that comes in different resolution depending on the detail in the design and the amount of ink that is needed to be laid down. Each color laid down requires its own screen.

EMBROIDERY

D3 embroiders polo shirts, hats, jackets, visors, bags and much more. Our in house service allows us to decorate quality apparel quickly. Our turnaround time is two weeks or less. Rush orders are welcome. D3 has the capacity to embroidering hundreds of apparel items a day.

TACKLE TWILL

Tackle Twill is also known as Applique. It’s made by cutting pieces of one material and embroidering them to the surface of apparel. Tackle Twill can also incorporate embroidered logos in sections of the design. D3 offers in house tackle twill on athletic uniforms, jackets, and sweatshirts.
